I called Zark at 3:47pm when I was at work and noticed my heat inside my home had dropped to 58 degrees and wasn’t increasing. It was -1 degrees outside. The woman who answered was friendly and professional and said she could get someone out there in about 10 min. Zack pulled in as I got home, looked at the furnace and immediately found and fixed the issue. My heat was up and running within 10 min. He explained everything to me, also told me about a couple other services they offer that I could benefit from (not in a salesman sort of way). He was extremely polite and professional. This is my 2nd time working with them (1st time was when I purchased a new AC unit from them). I would recommend Zark Heating & Cooling to anybody as they are my first choice.
