Chicago Comfort HVAC Services went above and beyond to say the least. Since my initial call, Jon’s customer service and attentiveness was exceptional. He remained very patient with me and answered all my questions with detailed responses. Upon appointment arrival, Jon and George were punctual. They showed me the equipment and voiced each part. Everything was exactly as it appeared in my initial quote.<br><br>During installation, they made sure to explain important steps in the process when necessary. There were no surprises. They asked how we wanted certain aspects cosmetically, and they even made sure our basement door was locked. Thanks for your professionalism and overall great service Jon & George. I will be recommending Chicago Comfort to others.

COMFORT HVAC installed my furnance FOR HALF...LET ME REPEAT FOR HALF THE PRICE OF WHAT FOUR SEASONS WANTED TO CHARGE ME!!! THIS COMPANY HAS ALL THE HVAC COMPANIES BEAT!! I’m going to be honest — my tenant’s furnace went out, and I didn’t have a dedicated HVAC company I trusted to call. So I Googled HVAC companies nearby, and these people popped up. I wasn’t sure if they’d get the job done or try to scam me.<br><br>But they turned out to be nothing but the best. They came out the next day and handled everything. Jon kept me updated every step of the way, sharing his ETA along with videos and pictures of the work. Never met the man in person, but great salesman and consultant.<br><br>I’ll definitely be using them again. “During a heat wave, I believed my a/c had stopped working.”

During a heat wave, I believed my a/c had stopped working. It was an holiday, 4th of July, and I called around to see if anyone could come out. Chicago comfort HVAC said they could come the next day. After Jon came out, he discovered that the a/c I currently had was a size too small. He gave me a quote to replace the a/c and also serviced the two other a/cs and did not charge me for the emergency visit. I am very happy with how quick they came out, got me a follow up appointment and now have a properly sized and function a/c. Will be using them for all heat and a/c concerns!
