I cannot say enough good things about Miron. I had a different well known company come out to diagnose the issue (a blower that needed to be replaced) and was quoted thousands of dollars for that, and they were pushing hard for me to just replace my entire furnace. I have a nice house and I got the suspicion that they thought I wouldn’t care about how much it costs. I called around to get competitive quotes and almost all of the other companies refused to do it without coming out and charging me for a new diagnostic visit. Miron, however, sent me a quote and it came back at 1/3 of what the original company wanted to charge me. Out of everyone I called it was the only company willing to be transparent about its pricing. The tech was incredibly professional, cleaned everything out, even though he didn’t have to, and walked me through the system to make sure I understood how everything functioned and the different ways to adjust it. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. And for once, I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off.

They explained their services and what they recommended for me very clearly and I never felt they were “selling” me on things I did not need. Lukasz, who did the maintenance and installed an air purifier, was fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Woke up to a freezing house and a furnace that kept cycling on and off, right when the forecast dipped. I called Miron and they picked up right away, asked a few quick questions, and got someone out the same afternoon. The tech explained what he was checking, found a dirty flame sensor and a borderline igniter, and showed me the readings before swapping parts. Heat was back within an hour, no upsell, and they cleaned up the little bit of soot and dust around the unit. Price matched what they quoted on the phone, and the furnace has been running steady ever since. Glad to have a company I can call without worrying about surprises.
