I needed an emergency plumbing repair and found TR through google. It was easy to schedule service and they gave great communication and updates during the service window. When the plumber was on the way they sent his name and photo via text which is amazing for safety! When Donny got here he not only got the job done well, but also educated me on what he was doing and what might need service in the future. I was blown away by the level of service I received.

Replaced my water heater tank with tankless. Very pleased with the customer service, availability, workmanship, and overall experience. Everyone was personable and good at communicating. The unit is brand new, so I do not expect any problems any time soon, but so far TR Miller employees seem dedicated to making everything right and serving and supporting their customers. *This is a genuine 5-star review - they do not have any customer contract preventing negative reviews, which I guess is a thing now? SMH. Anyway, I chose them because of their Google reviews and I wanted other people like me to know the reviews are legit!

Nico Rocks! He was extremely knowledgeable about helping me decide on a water filtration system -bonus- he did not make it feel like he was trying to make a sale like most would do. He fixed our pipe issues before the negative weather rolls in, we are so thankful how quick he was to come out. It’s always a plus to feel comfortable letting a stranger in your home- thank you Nico for being so polite and respectful, it’s like he’s family!

Thomas helped restore heat to our home on one of the coldest days in January this year! Brr! He was extremely thorough, checked everything to narrow down what could be the source of the furnaces issues while explaining every step along the way. He even taught me a thing or two about what type of filters I should use to help with my air flow-since that seemed to be the culprit and a mini class on humidifiers and how they can affect your furnaces health. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again and thanks for the warmth restored to our 100 year old home!

We are very impressed with the way TR Miller runs their business. I called them in the morning and explained our water heater problem. They updated me on when their representative, Omar, would be arriving. Omar arrived and was very knowledgeable about our problem. He gave us recommendations and cost estimates for the work to be done. Omar completed the work professionally and neatly, answering all of our questions. Omar did a great job and we look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you! Tim and Geri I am trying to leave another review, but I am not able to add a new one, so I am attaching a further review on this one. Jacob was scheduled to come out and assess our plumbing on Friday, 1/17.2026. He arrived as scheduled and filled us in on the checklist, which was impressive! Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable about his work and went through the entire checklist. Afterwards, he summarized everything he had done. We have had three technicians out here for our annual inspections and each one of them, Omar, Jacob, and Armando were very professional and thorough in their work. Thank you for doing such a great job!
