We were first time home buyers and Mike helped immensely explaining each thing he was testing on how'd it'd work under good condition and what to look for in bad condition. He was honest about the severity of fixes that were needed. He spent over 4 hours at our property to ensure it was completely thorough. We also appreciate how comfortable we felt asking questions. He clearly had experience and passion which gave us a lot of confidence in the results. Results were SO WELL DOCUMENTED. Their report was easy to use, had tons of videos and pictures and recommendation comments. On top of that, they also offer to have a session with Charlie to go through the report to ask further questions and get referrals for fixes. We cant thank Charlie enough for his guidance, kindness, and experience. An absolute must to work with this team!

Had a great experience with Glen on my condo inspection on 10/28. He was thorough in his work and very patient in answering my questions. I’m a first time homebuyer so naturally everything seems like a big deal on the report. However, Glen did great on explaining high priority and big ticket items vs nice to have but not a hazard. I also appreciated that he spoke to me separately at the end without either agent to give me a rundown on what his thoughts and recommendations were for the hvac findings. I would highly recommend Glen if you’re looking for an inspection on a condo in the city.
