We woke up on a holiday weekend to falling snow and falling temperatures and our new system was off. Matthew came within an hour, diagnosed the issue (auto-shutoff due to a small amount of water from condensation), and got everything back online and heating up in less than an hour. Whew!

They even helped ID our vents and showed us how to use the dampers to balance the house. Pricing was competitive and less than our former supplier who only offered conventional gas-only heat. So far, very happy with our new heat pump; looking forward to lower utility bills.

I’m beyond thankful for TRG. This 5 star review is earned not bought. I called them when I had a boiler system that had a mind of its own and dead thermostat. I got same day service and they were able to fix my thermostat and check on my boiler. The next day they arrived to install my ecobee thermostat and provide the sensor for my other unit. Oscar and Will were such a godsend and I’m so thankful!!!
