From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, respectful, and genuinely honest about what needed to be done (and what didn’t). No upselling, no fluff—just straightforward, expert advice. What really stood out was his efficiency. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in plain terms, picked up a part that wasn’t necessary local to my home and had the system running —all in the same day. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes pride in their work and still knows how to treat customers right. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to others. Truly, truly top-notch service.

These guys are genuinely good dudes and excellent at their job. My husband found them on Thumbtack because we needed an AC installed. They were not the first guys we called because we wanted multiple estimates before we decided. But let me tell you, these guys have impressed me at every turn. They are great communicators. They got back to us right away. They came to give the estimate in a timely manner and even came back to give us a second estimate for a sunroom with no vents. They replied to texts and emails in a timely manner and were pleasant when they came to give the estimates. They never talked down to us, and they never tried to upsell us. They were patient and gave us time to make up our minds They gave us a very good price. On the day of the installation, it was pouring rain. I thought they would reschedule, but they came that day and installed it ( Mohammed and Martin). They were soaked. But they were still smiling and courteous and pleasant. They were patient with our crazy dog, numerous cats, and grandson underfoot. They answered all our questions. Mohammed got back to us on every detail and helped us when we were struggling through the warranty registration. I am so impressed. I haven't seen this kind of work ethic in a very long time. I highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with the service we received. I have worked with many professionals in the past and I have never seen the level of professionalism and quality work like them. Not only they they fixed my AC they also cleaned out my air ducts for a reasonable price. They do it the right way and make sure we were happy. I’m so glad I bumped into this company and will definitely use them again!
