Highly recommend. We had a stove exhaust that had never been properly vented and presented some challenges to make it work. Mary, in the office was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Francisco came by at no charge to assess the situation and give me a quote. A team of 4 was here only days later and got the whole thing resolved in a morning. They also installed a new thermostat for our in floor heating. We had some challenges getting that to work, but they persisted and got it done. All around very happy and will use them again, if needed.

We have lived in our home for almost 42 years. SAFE has been our HVAC for the last 22. New boiler, new furnace(in attic) new AC all installed by SAFE. But the most vivid memory? House full of guests -including all the bridesmaids-for a Saturday wedding. Hot water heater goes out on Friday morning. 1 call to SAFE, hot water by noon. How do you put a dollar value on that?

When the AC stopped cooling during an extreme heat wave, they responded immediately and were able to come on the day we requested based on accommodating our difficult work schedule. Within minutes of arriving, the technician identified the problem. The repair was done quickly and he also checked the entire system just to ensure there were no other potential problems. Their responsiveness, professionalism, expertise, and courtesy were so refreshing. That's not always easy to find these days. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them.
