I researched many companies before making a decision to replace builder grade carpet in our home. We were looking to install about 1500 square feet plus two sets of stairs. Our sales consultant came out and we expressed our concern with high traffic areas. He showed us some samples and we went with the smart stand technology. We loved the color selection and installers were very professional when they came and installed the carpet. It’s been a few weeks now and we love the padding that was used as our carpet feels really good on our feet.We noticed our dog spends more time on the floors so it’s dog approved. We will enjoy this floor for many years as long as we stay in our home. I would highly recommend Royal Home Flooring to anyone looking to install carpet in their home.

From beginning to end, my experience buying from Royal Home Flooring was outstanding. It started with Sam bringing samples to my home and helping me pick the carpet and padding that I was looking for. He measured and gave me an on the spot quote. The purchase was easy and we scheduled my install. On the date of install, the team reached out to let me know they were in route. They showed up promptly and went to work. Although it took the entire day, I recarpeted 1400sq ft, it was so worth it. The install team moved furniture, removed doors, professionally laid my new carpet, removed the old carpet and padding. I LOVE MY NEW CARPET, and would absolutely recommend Royal.

“The workers assigned for my carpet installation were Carlos and Rodrigo.”

The workers assigned for my carpet installation were Carlos and Rodrigo. Both workers were fast, professional, and updated me when there was a problem with the carpet being too short, once they found out they called right away to see if they could fix the problem. While I did call the company to see what the issue was the secretary was helpful and got back to me right away. Afterwards when both workers got the information they needed they went to the warehouse to grab the new carpet and went to work right away on the second room. They were polite, professional, speedy, and didn’t make much noise to disturb my neighbors downstairs. The carpet looked wonderful once they were finished and made sure I was satisfied. They did a great job cleaning up and putting my closet doors back together once they finished their work.

I could not be happier! From beginning to end! First off, they worked within my budget. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly. But the installers were my favorite! Valentino and his assistant were an absolute pleasure to have around. They worked so hard, and their craftsmanship is beautiful. Major kudos to this whole family run company. I would say it’s pretty unique to have such a major project done without a complaint. Quality, craftsmanship, price, and friendliness. They excelled on every point!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Carpet & Flooring for a complete overhaul of the upstairs carpeting in my new townhome, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Larry is an outstanding salesman who is very knowledgeable, personable and detailed. He made the entire process very smooth and efficient, and I appreciated making sure every detail of the order was correct! The new carpeting looks beautiful and I love sinking my feet into its soft and cozy feel. I wish the installation team had been more punctual and perhaps used a better padding but overall very pleased.
