We recently had Robert and his crew refinish our first floor. I installed unfinished red oak in the living room and family room. The rest of the first floor was 25-year-old hardwood, which was very worn down. In many places, the finish was gone, down to the wood. We had some water damage in the kitchen from a dishwasher, and they replaced just enough boards to fix that. The biggest challenge with putting in new flooring with old flooring is matching the new with the old. Robert's crew did an amazing job; you cannot tell the difference at all. The two gentlemen who did the work in the house were extremely efficient, polite, and mindful of the work they were doing and the mess that they were leaving. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves, minimizing the dust in the house. I think they even did some vacuuming of the counters in the walls before they left. I cannot recommend Robert's Flooring Service enough. He was competitively priced, extremely professional, and they have truly transformed the first floor of our house.

Old world craftsmanship at its finest. Our floors turned out amazing. Robert's crew pay particular attention to details that other companies don't. Everything was protected with plastic. Very little dust because of the option we took. They were very patient when helping us select our stain colors. We hired them to bring the furniture back into the house and they were so careful. 5 stars isn't enough! We highly recommend them!

“What an amazing company to work with.”

What an amazing company to work with. They ended up blending some old existing wood flooring into the newly laid flooring. Looks amazing!!!! Robert gave us suggestions prior to and during the work that worked out perfectly. His team of Adam and Arthur treated the project like it was their own home. Truly a couple of pros. All this and very competitive.
