I called him , He showed up on time, He fixed the problem which a lot of other heating companies would not even consider. He did not overcharge . I highly recommend. That you use his service. Tom was so helpful. After four seasons wrongly diagnosed and tried to hose me on price of a faulty AC unit - Tom was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve. He also made sure to clean out a clogged pipe he noticed on the way out for no extra charge. Highly reccomend!

It was a great experience! Tom was able to fit my schedule the same day as I called. He was able to completely fix my problem in the initial visit and consultation. He was also very good about informing me what he was doing at each stage and why, which I found very helpful as someone generally not knowledgable about any of this. Hopefully I don't need to call anyone for this for a while, but the next time I do, Priority Heating & Air Conditioning will definitely be my first call
