So Monday we had our clean and check on our furnace. The technician came to the house from Patriot heating and cooling. Come to find out that we had a gas leak in the pipeline leading to the furnace, a gas leak in the furnace motor, and the heat exchanger was rusted and starting to Crack. Not good, was time to replace. The technician called his project manager, said he could be at our house in about an hour. Brian from Patriot showed up looked at the furnace gave us an estimate to replace the furnace, ac which was the same age, and the hot water heater which had a lot of sediment in the tank, plus leaking water lines. We agreed. Within 1.5 hours a crew of 5 showed up at the house and started to work, they removed the furnace and hot water heater, installed the new hot water heater, we had hot water later that night. The crew came back the next day and finished the job. Ac will get finished when temps allow. I can't say enough about Patriot heating and cooling, from the technician to the project manager to the crews that worked at the house. I would DEFINITELY recommend Patriot heating and cooling to anyone looking for service.

I would highly recommend Patriot. My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. They were very prompt and professional. My pipes were starting to freeze and they were here to save the day. They got my furnace up and running just in time before my pipes broke. These guys are the best.Thank you very much.

“Another company quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix our cooling system.”

Another company quoted me a ridiculous amount to fix our cooling system. I called Patriot for a second opinion. They not only arrived promptly but did a more thorough inspection of the system and were able to find the actual issue, walk me through it, and it was a fraction of the cost the first company quoted. I joined their VIP program the same day. They’ve come out and done our annual inspection and corrected other issues they’ve found. Everyone we’ve been in contact with has been incredibly polite and professional. Definitely my go to HVAC company going forward.

“I would like to to start off by saying patriot saved the day!”

I would like to to start off by saying patriot saved the day!! My Heater went out and we have a New Born. It’s extremely COLD!! They brought their highly skilled Tech out who showed up same day and on time! He went straight to work and found that we had a bad motor. They had the part on their Van and made it easy to do a same day fix. My heater was working in No time!! Great company/ Great Price! I would recommend to my friends and family!!

If you want great service and a fair price check out Patriot Heating and Cooling. My furnace went out and I was going out of town the next day. They rearranged their schedule to send someone to my house the very day I called and had the furnace installed promptly. Their "all inclusive" price (no matter what problem they might find during installation) was such a relief for me because my house had issues! I would recommend PH&C to anyone in need of quality and prompt service.

We've been using Patriot since we bought our home three years ago, they came highly recommended by the previous home owner. We've used Patriot to purchase/install a new furnace and hot water heater. Shout out to Brian who helped with both! We also subscribe to their routine maintenance programs. Each time we interact with Patriot employees they are polite, transparent, respectful of property and time and highly communicative. Just tonight, I placed an after hours service call and ten minutes later two technicians were at my house and fixed the issue. Great people, products and service. Definitely recommend.

Isn’t she beautiful?!? End of season air conditioner replacement couldn’t have gone better! Chris and his team did a great job! Impressed with the attention to detail and explanation after the install. They even removed a nonworking humidifier on the furnace that was probably causing heat issues last winter. Chris was always professional and patiently listened to my rants about life. Highly recommend Patriot heating and cooling!

Last week our furnace wouldn’t turn on and Patriot came right away to evaluate the problem. Unfortunately our 7 yr old furnace needed to be replaced and as painful as that was, Austin and Brian at Patriot made the process as painless as possible. Brian even had space heaters sent to our house to use until the heat was fixed. They truly went above and beyond, pricing was fair and they were able to install the next day. Highly recommend this company!
