I'm so glad I found this company. I felt very well taken care of after all the services were complete. Not only did a technician show up within an hr of me calling, but they were very professional, straight forward, and highly affordable. Im new to homeownership and it can be overwhelming to find companies that can do the job right without feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. Peace of mind is when you know who to call for what ever issue comes up, and I found that in Parliment Builders when my furnace decided to give out on a cold winters day. A new furnace was installed the next day. I'm a "read the reviews" type of person and have seen good reviews for companies that end up in my opinion being over pricey & pushy. So it was very refreshing when the technician told me the history of this company & how its purpose was to provide excellent service at an affordable cost for communities that need it the most. I highly reccomend this company and will be back for future services.

We recently replaced our furnace and AC with Parliament. They were a recommendation from a neighbor, and I'm really glad we went with them. Their prices were reasonable, and they did a great job installing everything. The team was really professional, cleaned up very well, and was in and out much faster than expected. Would use them again for future issues!

My neighbor recommended Dom when my AC went out. He sent his team out super quick to take a look at it, which we appreciated because it was 80 degrees in our condo. Ed, our technician, explained everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. In the end, we opted to have a new unit installed and they were able to get us scheduled the next day for a competitive price. The whole team was very professional and kind throughout the whole process - I can't recommend them enough!! In fact, I already have it marked on my calendar to call them out in October for an HVAC clean and check. If you're looking for your go-to HVAC company in the city, look no further!

I live in a high rise building and they were able to accommodate and do a smooth install. They gave us a very competitive and fair estimate for the work required and were able to get it shipped and installed quickly for us. I really appreciated how they explained the technical issues to me as they were doing the evaluation of my system. Very friendly people.
