Quick schedule, very attentive during the consultation, asked good questions about our system and any issues we had with it, fixed issues another company dealt with for over 3 months in one visit, like others described, his work is incredibly clean and thorough, including several "above and beyond" details, and also did a like drain clean out without charging which made the system run more smoothly and quietly, and probably more efficiently, he gave great advice on other issues, he was very professional, honest, friendly and walked us through everything he did - 100% positive experience! Would give 10 Stars! Wish all contractors were as perfect as Gregory! We will definitely be calling him again.

Gregory just completed a job to install a new heat pump and furnace in my home. It only took a couple weeks from scheduling a consultation to completing the install, and scheduling/communication was super easy at every step. Gregory was very attentive during the consultation and asked good questions about my existing system and any issues I had with it. He asked about my needs and interests in a replacement system and made a few suggestions along the way based on his observstions. He followed up a couple days later with a very detailed quote, including multiple options within my price range, and all systems that could reuse as much of my existing ductwork and utilities as possible. His quote was not the cheapest one I got, but it provided the best value for the money. His work is incredibly clean and thorough, including several "above and beyond" details, like drain clean outs to make it easier to service the system in the future. He gave great advice about what features were worth spending extra for and what things could be left as-is, and he solved a thorny airflow issue in our kitchen that previously required a supplemental window AC unit. I'm glad I reached out to Otter after seeing a few recommendations from neighbors on Facebook. I will definitely be calling again when it's time to replace my second aging system in the future.
