Natalia was great on the phone and she had a fantastic tech Naem out here In about an hour. It turned this stressful situation into no big deal - very grateful for the service we received!

We have been so impressed with Oasis’ team and approach to helping us maintain our 100+ year old home. My furnace was shutting off after a few minutes and I needed someone to come out same day. I was able to call at 5am and get an appt for 830 which was amazing. The tech was amazing and was able to explain that my previous company had sold me a way oversized furnace and that a screw was disrupting the flame. He was able to fix the screw issue and then turn down the gas so that I can continue to use the furnace as is. Overall I was very happy with the service and the thorough explanation and will be using Oasis in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

Hani and team we’re great. I reached out to them around 8 AM and they were out there at 10 AM when there was an issue with a tenant's furnace. They were able to get the sensor issue resolved quickly and got the heat back on and the coolest day of the year.

“We are having issues with our furnace blowing cold air.”

We are having issues with our furnace blowing cold air. We troubleshooted before calling but couldn't get it it going. Anyway we called and a technician was able to come within 2 hours. He able to see right away what the issue was and able get us heat. Due to these low temps it will take some time to get up to toasty. He recommends getting a new furnace soon ours is over 20 years old. Was charged only for visit due to our troubleshooting fixing the main issue we just missed the last step. Thank you for coming out.

The Oasis team just packed up after installing a new boiler for us. So far, every interaction we've had has been seamless. We initially called them on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message for a call back. Instead, a person answered and took down our whole story and assured us tbat someone would get back to us the next day. In fact, someone called 10 minutes later and scheduled a visit for the next day. They came out, exactly on time, took a look, explained the options and promised cost estimates the next day. We had the estimates for repair or replacement by end of the same day. After a bit more discussion without any high pressure we opted for a replacement (our failing unit was 16 yrs. old), and the scheduled us for just a few days later. This a.m. team texted to let us know they were running about 20 min. late and showed up in about 15. They worked quietly, quickly, and neatly for 6 hours, and the new system kicked in perfectly as soon as they started it. Time will tell if there are any issues---the basement sub-floor heat had not fully been felt when they left---but so far we couldn't ask for better service.
