I had a great experience getting a smart thermostat installed in my condo through Nextech. The installation was professional and quick, and I was able to use the new thermostat right away. I also had a great experience with Marisol Hernandez who reached out after I scheduled my install and was able to get my installation appointment done nearly two weeks earlier than the originally scheduled time. Overall a flawless experience and I would gladly reach back out if I had a need for other similar installs.

I recently moved into an old condo building with fan coil units and no thermostats (meaning I had to manually turn the heat/AC on and off each time I wanted it to function). Obviously unsustainable, I looked for a solution. I contacted numerous local companies and there were very few willing to work on the older unit, let alone install smart technology. Nextech not only had the most competitive price for smart thermostat install, but also had prior experience in my building. Marisol helped me coordinate the install and Matthew worked quickly and professionally to get things installed day of. Ultimately I had 3 Ecobee units installed and Matthew took time to make sure I understood their functionality before leaving. I couldn't be happier with the way they are working so far.

My first experience with Nextech was 5 years ago when they installed my Nest thermostat. They were incredibly kind and easy to work with. Recently, we had been experiencing some cooling issues so my first call was to Nextech. Their customer service is top notch. I worked with Marisol to troubleshoot my current issues and schedule a service appointment/install. She was super knowledgable and responsive. Nextech makes integrating smart devices so easy. I would choose them 1000000x over.

I recently moved and since I had used a digital thermostat at my previous place I wanted to do the same here. I was referred to Nextech for information/ service options. Marisol, the Nextech Operations Manager, was my first point of contact. She was very professional, knowledgable, personable and really great with providing recommendations/product information and helping me decide which product would work best for me. There was a known configuration issue with the previous digitial thermostat I had used that I wasn't aware of. Marisol informed me of this. and made sure that I had the information I needed to make an informed product choice. ( Both thermostat brands cost the same so I wasn't being upsold. She genuinely wanted to assist me with making an informed choice.) After finalizing my choice, Marisol provided support throughout the entire order, scheduling, installation, and follow up processes. Vaughn, the installation technican arrived as scheduled, was very personable, very courteous and put on shoe covers before entering my home, was very knowledgable of the products, answered all of my questions, and provided me with additional support resources. Nextech's level of customer support is outstanding. There weren't any hiccups in the process, and I highly recommend them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. - Cecilia

It was the end of the day and she stayed on the phone with me until we could get someone to come in the next day. The customer service on the phone was outstanding - talking with someone who was consultant and scheduler. The tech was fabulously competent, dependable and took time to explain how the system worked. They also had a real understanding of the indiosyncracies of my building that helped so much.
