I was out of town for the holiday's and came home to a 49* condo. These guys came out that night and diagnosed the problem and were back first thing in the morning with the replacement part to fix my furnace. A+ service!

I called My Guy HVAC after my mother had Guardian HVAC inspect her furnace and reported that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. he said the furnace was old and should be replaced. he shut down the furnace and said it was hazardous for him to turn it back on and because of liability he couldn’t. after talking to the rep, he quoted me prices between 11,000 and 17,000 for a new furnace. A heat exchanger was 3-4 k. knowing a bit about costs since I’m in construction, I felt he was trying to scam my 86 year old mother who lives alone. I told her to turn the furnace back on and called My Guy who was able to come out and diagnose the furnace within a day. He confirmed there was no problem with the heat exchanger, it wasn’t in a hazardous state, and made sure everything was in order. They could have easily concurred with the other firm but their honesty, integrity and promptness should be commended. Thanks My Guy.

Been using My Guy for years for AC repair. This year when my old 19year old Frigidaire was malfunctioning more than was worth going on, I got a few estimates for a new AC unit. I live in a 4 story condo, with the unit having to be lifted by a crane onto the roof. My Guy's proposal was the best put together and value and their office was the most responsive and on top of what needed to be done as far as getting the COI, paperwork etc to my Condo management company. They were able to schedule my install quickly, within 8 days of my initial call. The new exterior unit and evaporator was installed on my furnase went smoothly, and the crew was great and clean. The new unit functions great. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area, the prices are fair and onsite and offsite customer service is good.

My Guy inspected and cleaned my a/c unit this week. I was lucky to find an opening in the schedule because we’re in the midst of a heat wave. My AC was not pushing out super cold air, and the technician discovered that I was very low on refrigerant. He wasn’t able to do anything because my pipes had frozen, but he called the office and they put me on the schedule for a few hours later. Somebody was able to come by, five or six hours later when my pipes had melted. That was four days ago and my air is working like a champ. I’m very very satisfied with the service and the politeness of the technician and the explanation for everything that he did. I paid for 3 pounds of refrigerant and a green dye that will hopefully plug up what we believe is a leak. 🤞

Came out and did a quick diagnosis and fix the next morning. Offered to do an affordable tune up as well and very and polite and professional customer service team. First time using them and they will be the first company I call next time.
