They are incredibly responsive and reliable and have worked with us to resolve multiple challenges in our older home and other properties. Recently they assisted us with installing a new furnace. We were impressed with how efficiently it was installed with mimium disruption. They worked with us to find the right unit and make it cost effective. I highly reccomend working with Midtown whether its for on-going HVAC maintenance or if you need a new system. Their service technicians are knowledgeable about troubleshooting and fixing any issues. Again their responsiveness to provide service and get the job done is top notch!

We have used Midtown Mechanical for over 20 years. From installation of HVAC and just AC to simple and complex repairs, we couldn't think of any other company to call. We recently had a Boiler issue and they were there in just a few hours.
Last summer they installed an entirely new AC system in a Four Flat that has radiator heat, installing all new duct work and individual AC controls in each unit. All completed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Tom and his crew are fantastic.
