Morris was very polite, intelligent and professional. I told him about the problem i was having. He explained to me that he was going to look at the situation and offer me alternatives to fix the problem. I understood what was wrong. I made the decision to get the problem resolved. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was given the senior citizen discount. The price was reasonable. I was so amazed and outdone with the services that i had to tell my family any friends about my experience. I definitely plan to use Mid-City Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning in the future and you should too.

Mid-City HVAC staff (Thomas Grant and Darius) are phenomenal. They are both consummate professionals! I happened to find Mid-City doing a random online search. I called Thomas at 8 a.m. and Darius arrived by 12:30 p.m. I was able to get a same-day service appointment after making several unsuccessful attempts to get a response from the company that has serviced my HVAC system in for over 40 years. Chicago is currently in the throes of a heatwave so I am beyond grateful that I found Mid-City! Thomas is considerate and communicative, and Darius’ work was flawless. Mid-City is the only company that my family and I will contact for all future HVAC needs.
