⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve waited a long time to write this review, and honestly, even now I’m still in awe of what my family received. For over 10 years, I struggled to keep our furnace running. Every winter was stressful, every repair felt like borrowed time. Then about four years ago, the AC finally quit for good, and every summer I had to run five window units just to keep the house livable. It was exhausting—financially, physically, and emotionally. This past winter, the furnace finally failed completely, and I had no way to afford a full furnace and AC replacement. During that time, I prayed and asked God for help, because there was nothing more I could do. By the grace of God, a way was made—and McNally’s Heating and Cooling stepped in and did incredible work. Their employees were professional, kind, and extremely helpful, and they completed the entire replacement the same day. To them, it may have seemed like another day on the job—but to me, it was the end of a 10-year nightmare. I waited so long to write this review because I was honestly still processing the miracle my family received. Now that we’ve just come through one of the worst winter storms in years, it feels like the right time to say this publicly: You never know what someone is going through. That day, through no strength of my own, a decade-long burden was lifted from my family’s shoulders. In closing, I want to first thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and second McNally’s Heating and Cooling, along with the agency that provided the funding. “Dario provided a fantastic HVAC checkup today.”

Dario provided a fantastic HVAC checkup today. First guy to ever tell me that the blower wheels are dirty and need cleaning. Also the first company that checked the furnace and didn't have some BS story about how I need to replace my furnace asap. It was great to deal with honesty and competency for a change. So I reserached the hell out of a new furnace and AC. Craig Palmer guided me thru the various brands and options. He has 30 years in th industry and is so obviously honest and straightforward - a breathe of fresh air in this otherwise mostly sleazy industry. He worked hard to get me the best price, but most importantly I trust him. I bought the system. No regrets. Costco savings a huge plus!!!

“Our furnace stopped working the night before it was going to be below zero.”

Our furnace stopped working the night before it was going to be below zero. We tried calling multiple places with no luck. McNallys was the only one that was able to help us out and went above and beyond to send a technician out to us. The technician Corey was amazing he luckily had the exact part we needed to repair the furnace and he did it promptly and was very professional. Life savers we highly recommend them and we will be using them again for our regular maintenance.

“Esteban did amazing.”

Esteban did amazing! He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour and was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. We had a different company come out twice before and they failed to fix it but McNallys Esteban was able to make it happen!

I was having an issue with my furnace this morning, so I called McNally’s. Esteban came to my house quickly, and he immediately found the problem. He went above and beyond in not only repairing the issue, but making sure the rest of my furnace looks good as I prepare to put my house on the market this spring. For any future HVAC needs, I will definitely call McNally’s, and I would welcome Esteban into my house without hesitation.

“I was pleased with the friendly service and consideration of all the employees who were in my home.”

I was pleased with the friendly service and consideration of all the employees who were in my home. The man who came out to trouble shoot my system put in better than an hour to try to get my furnace running. He purchased a part for it which didn't work. When he realized that was not the problem, he removed the part and did not charge me for it. I needed a new furnace and the charge for the service call was later deducted from my furnace replacement cost. The sales man who came next brought 2 large space heaters. Considering it was in the teens the day before, I was thrilled with the space heaters. The men who came to replace the furnace were careful not to damage my trees as they drove their large van into my driveway. All the service men were pleasant, work was done neatly and pricing was fair. I am pleased with the unit received and the process was fairly painful. McNallys came recommended though a friend who does home remodeling so he has dealt with many contractors. Pleased all around 😀

Experienced professionals! Russ came into our initial consultation prepared with knowledge about our house and were able to give us several options for an improved heating and cooling system. The team installing were able to work with our older home and get the install done within the promised time. Everything is working great and we love the new system!

mcNally’s is a fair and honest company. When a part failed that they installed a few months prior, they came back out and fixed the issue without charging me another service call, and even credited me for the last charge. Angel, the technician who came out was very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. He did the job efficiently, answered all my questions and cleaned everything up perfectly. Five stars for McNally‘s!

McNally’s purchased the HVAC company we have historically used for maintenance. The technician stayed with McNally’s which was great for him and nice for me. Our furnace was 18 years old and we had been told to expect issues at some point due to its age. Well, that happened in December and the attempt at repair wasn't successful, leaving us with no heat and an urgent need for a new system. Friday night the tech told us it needed to be replaced, Saturday at lunchtime Russ squeezed us in to explain the options and get the system ordered, and Monday morning they spent the day installing. We are very pleased with the exemplary service and are so happy to have a new system we don’t need to worry about for many years!!
