I called them at 7pm one evening after we noticed a huge leak from our kitchen sink. They were almost closing but they answered and had someone out the next morning by 9am. Charles was really friendly and efficient - he went out of his way to go to Home Depot to get a new faucet and came right back to repair it all within a couple of hours. Really quick service, really kind people. Will definitely work with them in the future

My issues in both toilets were minor... and he fixed them... for FREE! He said he couldn't charge me for something that was so easy to fix. He could have charged me a service call and didn't even do that! And if that wasn't enough... we had a great conversation and was genuinely just a kind human being. Called them up in the morning, they gave me a time slot a couple hours later the same day and extremely communicative all the way through with updates on where the team was. Two plumbers came in, very professional and courteous and fixed the clog in 15 minutes. Super clean and efficient. Highly recommend Magic Men for any plumbing needs. Great service!

Love Magic Men. Have used them three times now - once in an emergency and two routine plumbing jobs. They give fair, but more importantly, honest and reasonable pricing. For example, in the emergency job they completed for me, I called several companies to get quotes for a leak coming from my ceiling (I live in a condo). The first came and told me that they would need to do all this investigation, costing a minimum of $1000 and possibly quite a bit more before they even understood the problem. They implied that they would find all sorts of mold and that it needed to be done ASAP. Magic Men came and was able to pinpoint the issue in 5 minutes without any expense. They fixed it for far less than the other company wanted to even diagnosis the problem. They also do solid work - have been pleased with them each time.

“If I could give 6 stars to Mike, I would.”

If I could give 6 stars to Mike, I would. I had a complex tankless water heater install, replacing a traditional 50 gallon unit inside a tiny utility closed. My drywall meant it couldn't be mounted to the wall, the floor drain placement meant that it had to go between my washer/dryer and furnace. Mike really came through on this project, working a very long day through multiple pivots and challenges. I appreciated his dedication to getting the unit installed properly and ensuring the stability and longevity of my tankless investment. He taught me how to do the annual maintenance; adjusted my bath and shower valves after the install changed the hot water level (taught me how to to do this too!); fixed my utility closet door which was already half broken before he got here. Honestly, he's going to be my #1 call at the slightest hint of needing plumbing help going forward. Noah was really great too and worked really hard. The price of the project seemed extremely fair and good value based on my research of how much these things run and based on the sweat, labor, and care I observed yesterday. They were also super careful with my wood floors which I appreciate so much!! Thanks for everything Mike and Noah.

Whirlpool messed up a dishwasher install and broke the kitchen sink strainer among other things in the process. I called Magic Men Service and two days later I got professional plumbers coming in to actually fix things. They were on time, courteous, used quality parts, and replaced majority of the plumbing underneath the kitchen sink in about an hour. Would highly recommend giving these guys a shot for your plumbing needs!
