Thankfully Luciano and crew were able to patch, repairs, and refinish them. They look beautiful now! He also replaced a stair guard rail for us at the same time. There were many hiccups, none of which were his fault. Luciano clearly communicated throughout and problem-solved everything that came up. Luciano’s Hardwood Flooring recently refinished our entry/foyer, which had some deep gouges and scratches and the connecting kitchen area. Luciano and his team did a beautiful job and we are very pleased, looks great! There was surprisingly no dust due to their care and the vacuum system on the sanders. Communication with Luciano was exceptional prior and during the whole refinishing process. He and his team were on time each day and very enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Luciano’s to anyone in need of wood floor refinishing and other services they provide.

“Very late on my review.”

Very late on my review! My 2nd time using Luciano, and once again did an incredible job. This house was a bit harder to refinish as the wood is bamboo. He did not charge me extra as he had to get different material to strip the finish and definitely took him more labor. All in all 8 months into the new finish and still looks like day 1. Luciano you the man!

“i am so extremely happy with my floors.”

i am so extremely happy with my floors. Wish i had done this sooner. Luciano was accommodating with my busy family coming and going and he even took care of my dog while we were at work when he was at my home working on floors! very professional, cleaned up all the work mess when done including vacuuming floors and sweeping . i was very happy about the minimal dust. He was available to help move furniture as well. trust worthy, and honest. i give this crew 5 stars. very happy.

I needed a quote and a fast turnaround. I made one call and within less than an hour Luciano himself came out to my home. He looked at the job and gave me suggestions for my Brazilian Cherrywood flooring. He communicated very well and provided the scope of work along with a quote the same day. I needed the work done quickly because we had friends coming in from out of town. Luciano was able to move his schedule around and worked around my schedule to make it work. He and his team did a great job and a VERY CLEAN job I mean NO dust. If you are thinking about redoing your hardwood flooring I would highly recommend Luciano’s flooring.

“Absolutely the best.”

Absolutely the best! Communication was great, which is really hard to find these days. My floors look amazing! The crew Luciano sent out was just so skilled, courteous, friendly, clean, worked really hard and the attention to detail was way beyond what I could have asked for. The 2 repairs they performed on my oak flooring was spot on and couldn’t be more grateful. So here is where the attention to detail comes in. I have a few transitions from tile to wood and from carpet to wood and you could tell the way it was originally done was really bugging Luciano, so he fixed it. Now the transitions are way smoother and flow way better. 100% recommend and will definitely use them again when the time comes. Thank you, Luciano and crew!

Luciano’s Flooring was great and handled a difficult job like a pro. My home had existing hardwood flooring in part of the first floor and laminate in the remainder. Luciano removed the existing laminate and was able to install continuous hardwood flooring thru the entire first floor. After refinishing, the existing and new areas the look seamless.
