We ended up choosing Lakehouse Heating and Cooling for a new HVAC system. We got quotes from a few family owned companies all of which seemed nice and trustworthy. But Dennis and Tony stood out from the crowd. They were communicative, upfront with pricing and honest. You can tell when you meet them they are good guys. The system is so quiet that I can’t tell it’s on, and I like the build quality of the outdoor air conditioning unit. They took their time installing the system and didn’t rush through the job. You can’t beat a company where the two owners are spending two days at your house to install your HVAC system and yet have the best price.

Our furnace was shutting down and he isolated the trouble and made the necessary repairs to get the furnace running again. I can’t say enough good things about Dennis. I truly appreciate the wonderful service I received at a price within my budget. “Dennis and Tony were amazing.”

Dennis and Tony were amazing. They replaced our sump and battery backup pump. The small space that they had to work in made me nervous that it could be an impossible task. But they really hit it out of the park! Got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were not only on time, but a little bit early. They were kind and courteous and made me feel at ease right away. I can’t say enough good things about Lakehouse. I highly recommend their services.

Dennis and Tony just finished installing the water heater in our home and did an amazing job. Called Monday morning about a leak and they were there in 2 hours, quickly assessed and communicated the plan, and installed it in only a few hours. HIGHLY recommend them.

“I called today because I thought my air was not working properly and on probably the hottest day of...”

I called today because I thought my air was not working properly and on probably the hottest day of the year (thus far at 91) I was able to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call. Dennis and Tony were great! They gave me a lot of helpful information and tips on how to properly take care of unit. With my mom being very asthmatic that information plus the additional Freon helped give me piece of mind that I needed. It definitely is cooler in here now and my mom's asthma is under control. Thank you again for your service, knowledge and honesty. This is the first place I have ever owned so it is great to know I have someone I can count on for this kind of help and service. Will definitely use again and when that time comes for a replacement I am definitely calling Dennis and Tony! All the best, James

Dennis is fair, honest, and dependable. We had another well known HVAC business tell us our system was completely shot and a health risk to our family and that we needed a whole new system. Dennis came in and identified that it was a bad part that just needed replacement. He ordered the part and installed the next day. We have found them to be very honest and fair on pricing. We have used them since for other plumbing and air conditioning needs and have had the same fair and reliable service. Can’t say enough good things about Lakehouse! Five stars ⭐️ plus!

“Dennis and Tony were awesome.”

Dennis and Tony were awesome! Very professional and informative. My air conditioning went out on a 100 degree day last week. I called Dennis and not only did he come out in the morning to give an estimate he came back that afternoon to install it! Several other companies couldn't do an install till the middle of JULY!..I was so grateful that he was able to take care of the situation! They definitely have a new customer!! I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends! Great guys and a great business!

Dennis and Tony were very professional and responsive!!! They are extremely easy to talk to and explained the issues and what they were going to do in a simple manner. I replaced my hot water heater and sump pump and I was completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend them in the future!

Mr. Tony & Mr. Dennis are absolute stars at Lakehouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc! I had a time-sensitive issue to replace a furnace in the midst of a strong winter. I called them in the morning, they gave me the same day competitive price for a new furnace and the next day the unit was installed working very nicely. They were super fast, very friendly and professional. I wish I could give them 10 stars in this review!

We bought our home in September and installed a new thermostat in October. Recently, we were experiencing issues and called Lakehouse b/c the previous owners used them for service and we figured that they had a mutually good rapport. My husband called and spoke to Dennis and he was able to come out the same day! He was friendly, courteous & professional. Dennis was able to explain the problem so that we could understand the issue and how to go about resolving it. I would highly recommend Lakehouse for prompt, efficient and exceptional service!
