“John's team was amazing.”

John's team was amazing. After being told by 4 Seasons that our boiler was irreparable and needed to be replaced at the cost of 21K, John's team came in and proved that it was repairable for 3k. They did everything they said they would and even installed 2 carbon monoxide alarms for us without even asking them. John even texted me the next day to make sure everything was still working well. There are still good local honest companies out there and KTS is one of them. God bless John's team and thanks again for everything!

Josh came out to the house to check on some of our ductwork, as there was no air coming out of particular vents. He was very respectful of my property and made sure he didn't track in or carry in any dirt or insulation, since he spent most of the time crawling under the house! He was courteous, professional and got job done in post haste. KTS was quick to respond, and Josh was right on time. I really couldn't ask for anything more!

We've worked with them in the past and they have been extremely punctual, honest, and educational. I scheduled my annual furnace maintenance with KTS Heating and Cooling on 10/1/25. John & his technician Elijah arrived on time. In fact, I was late in meeting with KTS. They waited patiently for my arrival. John was polite and knowledgeable, and took his shoes off to enter where thermostat was located. KTS is honest and reasonable. They performed full inspection and checked for any faulty issues. I highly recommend KTS and will rehire to service my Carrier HW Gas System.

I literally called 4 different companies to come out and quote me on getting my boiler serviced and they were the first ones to respond, respond with a quote, book the service, and get it all fixed where the last few people we used have failed us in the past.
