I had the great pleasure of meeting Luis, Giovanni, Anthony, Eddy, and Angel from Kats. When I woke up to my HVAC not operational and Chicago expected to have the coldest weather in years, I called Kats and they were at my home within a few hours! The crew was very through about everything going on with my system and guided me in the right direction. After a few hours, I had a whole new furnace installed. These guys are WONDERFUL and I would recommend this company time and time again! Thank You Kats crew!

I had a Trane for 28 years but when I did my research it appears that TrSne is not up to the standard that they used to be!

Eddie was a total professional during our new furnace installation. His crew arrived on time, and reconfigured our venting to make filter replacement more convenient. Clean-up was top-notch, both inside our home and in our driveway where they worked out of their box truck. They were both very knowledgeable & friendly. This was the first time we've used KATS, but we'll be loyal customers for regular maintenance!

They were incredibly patient to teach us about heating & cooling our home efficiently. They guided us on developing a cost-effective plan to update our ancient, rusted system to address safety concerns. Our experienced furnace technician, Eddy, was knowledgeable and professional. He was approachable with any of our questions and was clearly dedicated to delivering his best work. Eddy singlehandedly replaced our furnace and installed an Ecobee thermostat in one day. We're looking forward to continuing services with Kats!

You can't go wrong with Gio and his team at Kats Heating & Cooling! Furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving!! Gio came out that day but unfortunately my old furnace was done for. He was able to find a temp solution to keep me warm until his team showed up first thing Friday morning. Excellent communication & excellent support. Kats is wonderful! Kats also came out a week earlier to check my non-working gas garage heater. Thank goodness I called them ... there were cracks in the unit that could have caused a carbon monoxide leak!

Giovanni showed up an hour after I called on a Sunday morning. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He ran all the diagnostics and based on the age of the furnace recommend a new one, which be installed in 2 days. Great customer service and follow through. I would highly recommend Kay’s Heating and Cooling!
