Rich was phenomenal at diagnosing and doing everything in his power to get this furnace back up and running.. we ran into some obstacles with everything happening on a Sunday and then acquiring parts but he stayed the course and got it done. A brand new part he picked up was defective and he moved mountains to get another replacement. These parts should not be new and defective right out of the gate. Is there another part supplier your co could use?

Woke up 4:30 Mon morning and discovered no heat. Called Indoor Comfort about 5:30 am, expecting to leave a voicemail, but to my surprise, someone answered and was able to schedule a service call right then for a 10:00 am appointment later that Morning. The technician actually arrived a half hr early, and we had heat about 35 min later. As usual, Indoor Comfort came through for me, and technician Devin was very informative and very professional. When our heating system went out during a cold snap, I reached out to the company and had the pleasure of working with Steve, the owner. Steve was absolutely fantastic from the very first conversation. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing our heating issue in terms I could actually understand, which really put my mind at ease during a stressful situation. What impressed me most was his genuine concern for our comfort, he understood that with temperatures dropping, this wasn't something that could wait. Steve worked quickly to get a service technician scheduled as soon as possible, demonstrating the kind of customer-first approach that's rare to find these days. When Devin, the service technician, arrived, he was incredibly professional and courteous. He patiently answered every single one of my questions without making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. But Devin went above and beyond just fixing the immediate problem. He took the initiative to walk me through additional features of our heating and cooling system that I didn't even know existed!
