Home Carpet One was great to work with, start to finish. Eddie was generous with his time and answered my (many, many) queries about carpet options. Because of their wide selection of in stock options I had a hard time choosing the right carpet, but ultimately decided on the one I loved most—and Eddie helped me pick one that would work for our lifestyle and aesthetic. We scheduled measurements & installation on a quick timeline, which I appreciated. When it came time to install, the installers were diligent, friendly, and did awesome work. I actually asked them if they did other contract work (they don’t) because I enjoyed them so much. I guess I’ll just have to hire them for more flooring! During installation I had a few questions about the carpet, and the office support staff were also available & helpful for product questions. Overall I’m delighted with the process and the results!!!
