“Our furnace failed to ignite.”

Our furnace failed to ignite. Fredy of Hero Air came quickly, fixed it quickly, and importantly, talked to me clearly about the problem. We have zoned heating, we asked him to do maintenance on our other furnace and he solved the slight gas leak we had from that furnace. I waited 3 days to be sure both furnaces were working well before I did this review. I am happy with the work from Hero Air.

Hero Air has done work for us in the past for an air conditioning issue that they resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Luis worked hard to accommodate my schedule and came late afternoon to do the work. I had a year old furnace that had a part fail under warranty. There was no error code so it took a lot of work to diagnose. The manufacturer was closed by the time Luis determined what was wrong, since he came out at 4pm. He’s calling the company tomorrow to get the parts replaced and coming back to install. He got the furnace running in the meantime so we didn’t have another 50 degree night.
