How could I not choose Guardian. I have been a customer for over 40 years and have always had great service from the company. The gentleman that helped me yesterday was fantastic. He explained everything to me showed me pictures of the issues and gave me options on what to do with the situation. I am excited with the decision I made without pressure from Bert. Guardian was absolutely great in resolving my heating issue. The technician Tasso was very cordial and humorous and really knew his job well. He had it resolved quickly and checked put the whole system to make sure we would not have ant mire issues during this cold Chicago winter. Excellent job...

The technician was professional And he knew his stuff very informative very polite. I asked him questions and he knew all the answers. Great job. There is no charge I pay the $10 a month maintenance fee and you get free cleanings discounts on parts and stuff. It’s a great deal.

We've also had them do work for us, install new vents a humidifier etc and their team is always prompt and the work is great quality.

The amount of professionalism shown from the scheduling to day of service was awesome. Lisandro was very through and took their time explaining what the rattling noise was. It was resolved along with a 45 minute tune up of our furnace!

I called two days ago as our tenant’s furnace wasn’t producing heat in our condo. They came out today, showed provided advanced communication of their arrival time, they helped our tenant understand what the issue was and how to help it. She lives by herself and said Lisandro was absolutely wonderful- so wonderful to talk to and made her feel safe and comfortable letting a stranger into her home. Needless to say they only charged me for a service call. Will definitely be using them again!
