I had a fantastic experience working Gigi and team. The place I moved into had a lot of scratches and wear, and they brought the floors back to life! The sanding and refinishing work was done really nicely and my floors look brand new again. The team was professional and punctual. Gigi even provided great advice when I was trying to figure out the stain color and was patient with me while I was trying to make my decision. They paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I’m really happy with the final result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to restore or refinish their floors. Highly recommend Gigi and team!

Gigi helped my Grandmother with her floors and did an amazing job, we even had some damaged under flooring that he fixed no problem with very reasonable prices. These are the types of people you want to hire was always professional, polite, and quick and efficient. Will be calling him in the future for any work needed. “Gigi is simply the best.”

Gigi is simply the best. He took the battered wood floors in our 100-year-old home and transformed them into stunning works of art. When he revealed the finished floors to us, he said: "Don't cry," and honestly - it was hard not to. We couldn't believe what he was able to do to the floors (see the before and after of one room below). He is extremely personable, hardworking, and quite funny. My husband and I hit it off with him immediately. We will definitely be working with Gigi for any and all flooring needs in our new home. Thanks a million.

Gigi was wonderful—warm, thoughtful, strategic about approaching the job in a way that made most sense for our house and family. His team was efficient and cleaned up every day before returning the next. The before-and-after on the floors and staircase in our 130-year-old house is amazing—we’re talking some seriously uneven and creaky floors/stairs to begin with (see before/after photos below). Scheduling was easy, and he worked around our vacation window to get the job done while we were out of town. Gigi also made an effort to get to know our 5-year old daughter and made best friends with our kitty (who more often scares our guests since he’s such a big cat). We are missing Gigi now that the job is over!

Gigi did an incredible job patching a small area of water damaged hardwood floor in my kitchen. I have a large continuous floor, and removing the furniture to stain and refinish everything would have been a huge pain. Gigi says he approaches each job as if it were his own home, and it felt that way to me. He warned me that it might not be possible to get a perfect match on the stain, but now that it’s done, it looks perfect! Scheduling was easy, and the job was finished early. I’ll also share that Gigi seriously bonded with my dog, which made having work done in my home that much less stressful. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Gigi more highly. He’s responsive, responsible, friendly and stands by his word and his work. His crew worked efficiently, cleaned as they worked and did an A+ job, even in a downtown condo building with very exacting requirements. Will definitely recommend and use him again!
