I am a general contractor who recently hired Get Flooring to do some repair work for an existing client in Chicago. The tile repair work on the exterior of the commercial building definitely met my expectations as did the help from Jacob Fraker, who was awesome and communicated clearly throughout the project, in calls and emails. I had no issues whatsoever, and don’t think there are any areas to improve on this project, it went smoothly and Jacob helped document the existing conditions prior to the repair work and explained exactly why it occurred and worked with my superintendent on site to complete the work on time, as well as helping solve some problems that came up during the process. The quality of the work was excellent, they performed safely, used hardhats and fall protection throughout, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I would definitely work with Get Flooring again. Thanks!!! Todd

The attached photos show before with the old white tile, and the after with the new floors with new stain on the right part of the floor.

Working with Get Flooring was a solid experience. Their system of having a contact person easily available for you is a solid asset. We had some slight scheduling snafus at the onset which caused a slight delay of two days, but after that the work progressed smoothly and with good communication. Our contact person Kimberly was available anytime for questions/concerns. We had existing tile removed, two rooms refinished, and 3 rooms get new hardwood. The floor look gorgeous, and our installer did a great job connecting what we had and making the entire space cohesive. All of the newly installed floors are creak-free, which is pretty amazing for me. Every house I've ever lived in has had very creaky floors before this. The estimate was clearly talked through and was what we paid in the end, no surprises. No home project is without stress or the need to communicate, but working with Get Flooring was a very positive experience for me!

I was extremely pleased with Get Flooring, from my initial contact with Kimberly (my salesperson) to the final install with Igor (who supervised and installed a new wood floor and watched as the tiler replaced several broken tiles and regrouted my kitchen floor). The work was done while I was on vacation and the Get Team contacted me with questions during the remodeling process. It was great coming home to a NEW home! Paul and his team was able to schedule the work and turn it around quicky His tile installer even gave us some design ideas that worked out really well. We're very happy with the quality of the work and would certainly use GF again for future tile and flooring projects.

It was very professional and the guy finished installation of backsplash very nicely. We were short of tiles, so he finished all the work which requires cutting of tiles and only left the work for which cutting not required, so they I can finish the remaining work by myself without major problems.

Get Flooring team has been completely professional and organized during the entire process. They did a great job installing glazed ceramic tile in vertical pattern with no grout lines in my kitchen and it looks amazing. I would absolutely recommend this team if you want a job well done, with fair price and in a professional matter. I have to say they also completed the job in less time than originally scheduled, so bonus points for that too.
