Realizing that you need a new a/c unit is stressful. My old unit served me well, lasting 20 years, but I'm happy that the company I used for this investment/purchase was Frontline. I couldn't be more pleased with Frontline, from the initial assessment visit to the second visit which involved installing my new a/c unit. Everyone I spoke to was professional, fair and truly seemed happy to help solve the problem I was facing. There was constant communication, thorough explanation, options presented and follow-up. On top of that, I was given a good price for a top of the line air conditioning unit (I checked with my neighbors and did a little research). I couldn't have asked for a better experience for something that typically causes stress. Thanks to Jared and everyone at Frontline. I hope I don't have HVAC needs anytime soon, but if I do, I'm calling them.
