We had drywall in our shower that needed replaced super quick and Alex and his team were so flexible and accommodating to our schedule. On the initial communication Alex was so informative on the process that he would be doing, not to mention extremely responsive to our calls as we were trying to figure out a date. On the day of the work they came promptly at the expected time and were very meticulous. They were tidy in their work and we appreciated the constant updates. They were very professional and we will definitely be reaching out to them on future jobs. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who wants a good job done, in a timely manner and reasonable price.

I recently had vinyl flooring installed on areas where we had carpets (master bedroom, walk in closet, 2nd room, & den) and I’m so glad I chose the Flooring Installation Inc. Alex was the lead on the project, and he came with three other professionals who worked with this calm, practiced rhythm — steady hands, no fuss, just genuine craftsmanship. Their price was reasonable, and the whole job was finished promptly without any drama. One thing I really appreciated: they installed the flooring seamlessly from room to room, without using T-moldings — except for one small area where it truly couldn’t be avoided. It makes the space feel open and connected, like the rooms are holding hands. Most importantly Alex communicated everything before and throughout the process. They also took such thoughtful care of the rest of my home. They brought pads to protect the existing floors as they moved materials in and out, and when the work was done, they cleaned everything so thoroughly it felt like the house gave a little sigh of relief. If you’re looking for a crew that’s respectful, skilled, and true to their word, I’d wholeheartedly recommend them.

We hired Alex to lay porcelain tile in two small bathrooms, a kitchen and an entryway. He gave a prompt response with a very reasonable estimate. He came in on a Friday morning and actually completed the jobs by Saturday. During that time, I had excellent communication with him. He’s very professional and easy to work with. He offered his opinion on grout colors as well as the size and material of the tile . The results were absolutely beautiful.. with uniform grout lines and nice clean bullnose work. Project cleanup was pristine, and I couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Alex in a heartbeat for your next tile job.

I wish every contractor I worked with was like Alex! After a frustrating experience with a flooring company that left the job incomplete, I was in a tough spot with a move-in date just a week away. From the moment I called Alex, he was understanding, responsive, and empathetic to my situation. He came out quickly to provide a quote for installing shoe molding and painting all my floor molding so they match (1600 sq ft). Once we booked him, he and his team got right to work. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but Alex also went above and beyond by beautifully installing the fireplace transition piece and even offering to move the fridge back into place—tasks the previous company had completely neglected. What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently he completed everything, without ever compromising on quality. Having worked with many contractors over the years, I can confidently say Alex stands out. He genuinely cares about his clients, listens carefully to their needs, and delivers excellent results with fair pricing. I’m already planning to have him back to install tile for my kitchen backsplash and update the bathrooms. Thank you again, Alex! It’s no surprise he has such great reviews—I wish I found him sooner to save me from all the headaches during my flooring project, but now I’m looking forward to working with him again soon.

Outstanding job. We had tile installed in our first floor entry, dining room and kitchen. Alex and his team worked very hard to demo our existing vinyl floors, then install cement boards and porcelain tile. We picked the materials we wanted and it was expertly installed. Outstanding service and outstanding work.
