Wow!!! One of the greatest customers service experience I have had in a long time. Thank you Stephen the technician for a wonderful job. Came back to a 45 degree home from a week away and found my HVAC unit not running at 6:00pm on Sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend. The company that installed it two years ago could not come out to fix it. I turned to windy City HVAC (Faith heating) and they showed up in 45 minutes. Diagnosed a ignition rod burnt out, replaced it, had a cup of coffee with us and left us smiling. Thank you, thank you 👍 Ray

They are great. We woke up to our unit not working and called them and they were able to come fix it within hours. They did not try to charge me for unnecessary work and fixed exactly what what wrong in a reasonable time and price. Highly recommend this local family owned business.

We placed a call on a Saturday night and we had a technician come in a very timely manner. He was thorough in his assessment and very quickly was able to fix our unit. The pricing was incredibly fair. We plan to schedule yearly maintenance moving forward and will absolutely use this company when we eventually replace our AC unit.

“Faith HVAC to the rescue!”

Faith HVAC to the rescue!! We had Stephen come out to check out our AC that was broken and he could not have done a better job. We previously had a different HVAC company come out and they quoted us for an ENTIRE new AC. Stephen came out, identified that there was a leak in the coolant system where the previous company could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Faith HVAC fixed the issue within 36 hours of my first contact with them during this busy HVAC time of the year. I was very pleased with his constant professional communication while he worked on the issue. I made sure to wait a full month before writing this review to make sure the fix stuck, and it has! Through many 90 degree days, our home has stayed pleasantly cool for my family. Faith HVAC did this all for under $200 while the other company quoted us over $3000 to replace the whole system. THANK YOU FAITH HVAC!!!!!

“8 pm Saturday night our furnace went out.”

8 pm Saturday night our furnace went out. Stephen answered my call, said he could be there, gave me up dates on his arrival time and fixed the problem - an over heated switch. We. Had heat and entered the coldest weather in Chicago comfortable. It could have been really bad, instead we met a dedicated former paratrooper who runs a heating / cooling business We are so grateful

This company is amazing, and Stephen from the company is simply outstanding! He quickly identified the issue upon arrival, promptly fixed it, and the charges were very reasonable. I have a warranty, but the individual sent by the warranty company failed to fix the problem after two attempts and even charged me a service fee! The cost of the repairs done by Stephen is even less than the service fee I paid previously for the unsuccessful attempts by the warranty service!

“Stephen was great to work with.”

Stephen was great to work with. On our first meeting he tried multiple ways to see if he could get our old unit up and running (the other two companies that came out simply quoted a new unit without even looking to see what the issue was). After that he quoted a fair price and installed the unit over the course over the next week (we had to schedule and reschedule a few times).

We worked with Stephen and Faith Heating and Cooling over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our furnace stopped working and gave us several error codes which we didn’t know how to remedy. Stephen did a good job of explaining what was going on and any of the concerns he had. He was able to get a temporary solution to get the heat back on while he had to get new parts. Overall, quite please with our experience and would definitely return. Thanks Stephen!

Our AC went out in 90+ degree temps at 8:00 on a Saturday night. After calling and leaving messages for several other, high-profile, not-necessarily-local companies, I noticed Faith right there on the map near us, so I called. Steven picked up immediately even though he was on a roof for a nearby job and offered to come afterward. Fast-forward to three hours later and my AC was back online and my bill included a neighbor's discount and NO EMERGENCY FEE. He took the time to explain every aspect of my situation, the parts involved, what I can expect after the repair, and a few long-term solutions (not the standard "You're going to need a new system ASAP."). He got us through a hot night in a pinch and was extremely courteous, professional, and thorough.
