We purchased a new home that needed some new carpets in the upstairs and basement so we decided to give Empire a call. Tom Sheffer replied immediately and set us up with an appointment as soon as possible. When Tom arrived, he asked us what our needs were and gave us a comprehensive explanation of Materials and Services Empire could provide to meet those needs. We picked our carpet and it was installed less than 48 hours later. The installation crew could have been the Empire man from the old commercials in the 90s with their quick and efficient installation while keeping our new home clean and being careful of the furniture and walls in the area of the installation. Would 100% recommend Tom, Empire and their installation crews for any project in the area.
