The problem was assessed on the 1st visit and completed on the second 😀. The service was dedicated and professional. D's did not 'ghost' me as did Four Seasons. As I respond to this Assessment, I have HEAT! Thank you 😊.

It sure if this a repost but I couldn’t see my original review post so I decided to make another one because these guys are really deserving of one, the two top things that I could appreciate with this family business is that they understand the average person and don’t treat us like numbers, the repairs are reasonably affordable with a payment plan option for people who are on a budget and they are really accommodating to your work life schedule, 5 stars aren’t enough, after my experiences with them they have a life time customer in the field of maintenance they produce and they left a positive impression on me for future work because now I only want to deal with family owned businesses, people for the people

The heat temp kept dropping on the thermostat. I called D's Air and Heating after seeing all the positive reviews. My call was answered immediately and I was informed that it was a busy night but he would try to fit me in. Mind you, it's the day after Thanksgiving and I was honestly expecting the company to schedule me in for another day. Well after a few hours, I received confirmation that D's was en route. After arriving and hearing my concerns, the techs got right to work. I'm a new home owner and wasn't aware that yearly servicing is really recommended. My furnace was dirty and needed a tune up. The techs completed the job in under and hour and I'm happy and oh so warm now. Bonus, the techs advised me to consider a maintenance subscription for my heating and cooling needs. I signed up without hesitation!! I look forward to working with D's Air & Heating for all my future HVAC concerns. Prompt service, honest pricing and knowledgeable about their products - 10/10!!
