“What an amazing company.”

What an amazing company! A couple of weeks ago, I discovered a sewer backup situation (on a Saturday). I really had no idea who to call and we were heading out for my son's birthday party and I had to pick up his friend. We were sitting at a red light and a Dahme truck drove by. I called quickly and left a voicemail thinking I would hear back on Monday. About 45ish minutes later, I received a call from the gentleman from that truck saying he could be at my house in about an hour. We were in Oak Brook at the time and I texted him about 40 min later with my address. We got home in 25 minutes, and Dahme was in my driveway 5 minutes later, at 5:00 on a Saturday afternoon. He had to clean out the sewer pipe through the cleanout in the front yard. It took about an hour, maybe a little more. I was beyond grateful that this man was able to come out and fix the problem so quickly on a weekend! This is a great company and I would highly recommend for your plumbing needs!!

Great experience. Nothing like "no water" on the Friday before the 3 Day Labor Day weekend! Lorraine took my call and was kind, professional and assured me that plumbing would be fixed before the weekend. Dennis added my job to his schedule that Friday morning and took care of the problem.
