Mike answered my call and walked through my door just 3 hours later with the song “I can be your hero baby” blasting in the background [in my head]. He diagnosed the problem real quick and replaced the part in question just as quick all whilst giving me a very fair price. Thank you for your expertise and friendly service, Mike! Highly recommend.

We received a mailer with a magnet for this company when we moved and I put it on the fridge- I am so glad I did! Our furnace went out on a day that was below zero. They were able to get a technician out to our home within a hour of calling. Tyler was professional and very helpful. He did a great job explaining things and took pictures to show us what needed to be done / what he completed. We will definitely be using compass again!

Compass Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Daikin air conditioning unit when my current one failed. They gave me a fair quote to repair the one that I had. I decided to replace it due to the age of the unit I had. I felt that Mike reviewed all of the options with me. His estimate for a review was much better than the one the I had gotten from another company. He seemed much more knowledgeable and explained everything to me so that I had a clear understanding before I decided. Dave, Mike and Tyler worked hard to get the new unit installed - the same day! They found problems with my existing ducts and did repairs so that the system was safe. I like that they showed me the problem. They explained the ductwork repair. They did a thorough job of cleaning up too. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend them for any heating or air conditioning needs. I will certainly use them in the future for routine maintenance as well as any repairs. Thank you for your quick response, high quality work, professionalism!
