Rob has taken great care of our HVAC systems for several years. During his most recent seasonal service it became clear it was the right time to replace the almost 20-year-old AC units. Rob put together a reasonable estimate using top of the line equipment. The install crew was friendly, professional and showed up on time. They get full marks for hauling the equipment up five flights of stairs to the roof! The lead installer was clearly very experienced and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. Overall very impressed with their service and will definitely continue to use them to take care of our HVAC systems.

Our HVAC technician responded to my text at 10:00 PM the night before the coldest day of the year, which alone speaks volumes about his dedication and professionalism. He arrived on time the very next morning, was incredibly respectful of the tenant and their home, and immediately got to work diagnosing and resolving the issue. His workmanship was thorough, efficient, and high-quality — most importantly, he restored heat quickly so our tenant could remain safe and comfortable in freezing temperatures. It’s rare to find contractors who combine responsiveness, reliability, integrity, and genuine care for people, especially during an emergency. This level of service protects not only the property, but the people living in it — and that matters. Three times, my experience with Suburban Heating and Cooling has exceeded my expectations. The first time I found them as a quick search, my heat went out on a Saturday morning. He was here at 9am that day to fix it. Kind, prompt, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, what he thought about my old furnace, and we agreed to keep fixing it. Second was a routine cleaning and this last time was on the verge of a break down. They fit me in that day. Same man, same excellent service. When my furnace finally does need to be replaced, I will call them no question!

“Our heater broke on thanksgiving.”

Our heater broke on thanksgiving. We called city and suburban heating the following day. Rob came out immediately and were able to find the only parts store that was open. Luckily they had the part we needed. It was great to have the problem fixed within half a day on a holiday weekend and get our heat back on!
