These guys are best in the business! Most responsive company I have ever worked with on any home project, priced fairly, and exceptional quality of work. We had Chicago Flooring sand and refinish our new home which had multiple different shades/types of Oak flooring. They were able to guide us on stain color and other choices to blend everything properly and our house looks 10x better as a result. Highly recommend.

I’ve inquired for more than 10 flooring companies, and Adam single-handed makes the best to work with! His guys came out to install new vinyl flooring for my condo, moved furnitures around no damage, garbages all disposed end of day, and the new floors are done installed all within 1 day. The price is THE most reasonable given the high quality job his team did, his great communication and responsiveness in answering all the flooring questions. I highly recommend this company. Very professional, courteous, and could not have done a better job. Adam and his workers lightly sanded the wood floors throughout our first floor and applied a new coat of water-based protection. The floors had had some scratches and a bit of peeling, and other companies I had received estimates from thought that they could not do much to correct those problems. Adam gave it more thought than the others and came up with the perfect solution because they look beautiful, almost like new.
