A gas company tech detected a small leak in my range when searching for a bigger leak (which was a problem with my upstairs neighbor's water heater). Chicago Appliance Repair Doctor worked with me to order a replacement valve, and Omar just left today having replaced the valve. Omar was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly, and left me with a functional range. I'm thrilled to have use of it again.

I first used Appliance Repair Doctor a couple of times 10 years ago - once for the washing maching and then again for my dishwasher. Both times, I was impressed by their level of service, honesty and fair pricing. I recommended them to anyone needing appliance repair. Just today, I called them again for the same washing machine. Chris came out and couldn't have been more competent, professional and honest. Turned out, nothing was wrong with the washer BUT he could've easily gouged me for a phony repair . Instead, I just paid for the service call which was more than fair. These guys are the best and I can't recommend them highly enough.
