We were having issues with our furnace - we were trying to heat our house up to 75 and the heat kept shutting off once it hit 70. We called a separate HVAC company and they told us we needed to replace not only the furnace but also the AC and redo all the duct work as well. The total bill would have been over 20k. We called Brothers for a second opinion and they came out same day. Sergio was super helpful and showed us what was really happening: the filter we had put in was too strong, which was causing the machine to overwork itself and shut off to prevent overheating. A small filter change later and the furnance heated the house up to 75 no problem. Could not recommend more highly, would give 15 stars if I could. Thank you Brothers Heating & Cooling, will be calling you for all our future home needs!

“Our thermostat was super old and it was NOT user friendly.”

Our thermostat was super old and it was NOT user friendly. We woke up and it was set at 65 and would not adjust. I called Brothers Heating & Cooling Inc. in a panic and Sergio was able to come same day to install a new thermostat. Before installing, he checked our furnace to ensure it was working properly and thankfully it is! He was able to give us some tips on filters, etc. which we are super thankful for. Super friendly and very thorough to ensure we understood how things work. Thank you!

Luis (his guy) came by to take a look. Sergio stop by 30 min later to see my situation. he knew what the problem was right away, friendly and reasonable pricing, I will definitely call him again, thank you again.

Brother's perfect construction have done a great, awesome job as my a/c condenser went out and i could not get a service company to come out and diagnose it correctly. They went above and beyond not only did they come out and diagnose it they came and treated me like if i had been a long time customer. They replaced it and ran a new thermostat line for me and got everything working with no problem. Brother's perfect construction are the people to call very dependable,professional and very clean if you need any kind of work, Plumbing,heating and cooling,They're the ones to call and they get the job done.The president's name is Sergio Torres and he has a great crew. I kind of feel like some of these negative reviews are from bots or perhaps users just looking to troll this business. So, here's the deal - my wife and I, and our dog just purchased a home last week in West Humboldt. This morning I woke to find my furnace leaked a substantial amounts of water (not just condensation) and pooled into the base pan of the unit. I immediately called Brothers Heating & Cooling because they were the closest and I've seen their vans around. They were really fantastic. They were insanely responsive and went above and beyond in diagnosing. They spent time looking at the unit, the accessorial components of the unit, the exterior of the house. Everything. I almost wish more things were wrong so I could have spent more time with Mr. Sergio Torres (seriously). His knowledge, patience, and clear guidance were outstanding. Likewise, I was impressed to find out he is a general contractor, and had a nice time walking around my property getting his take on the current features and changes I might make in the future. Highly recommended all around!

“During the recent heat wave late July, my tenant called saying the AC wasn’t working.”

During the recent heat wave late July, my tenant called saying the AC wasn’t working. My regular ‘guy’ wasn’t available so I went to google nervously because of bad experiences with other 4 plus star service providers. Not with Brothers. I called in the morning and by mid day they came assessed the issue and found an excellent far more affordable solution than others would have. Sergio the owner was respectful to my very irritated tenants and even offered a loaner window AC unit until the parts came in. He fixed the problem, is a great communicator and very much wanted to do the right job at a fair price and timely. I have already recommended him to others and strongly recommend him to you. You won’t be disappointed.
