Last week there happened to be a couple warm days in Tulsa. When I turned on my air conditioner, it started making a noise that I knew wasn't right, but I definitely knew what to do - turn it off & call Brian's Heat & Air. I asked Brian to put me on the schedule for the next day or two. Brian called me that very afternoon & showed up at my house ready to look at my air conditioner & get to work - which he did, and within an hour had it fixed & running. Now I'm ready when the warmer temps are back again. I've used Bryan many times in the past years & he's the one I'll continue to call for my air conditioner & heating problems. Brian is very knowledgeable, polite, professional & gets the job done. God Bless you Brian.

“Fernando was great.”

Fernando was great. Guided us Boomers thru how to set thermostat schedule. He also cleaned the interior of our AC unit because we had power washed the patio and we didn’t realize that all the dust and dirt was flying into the grill of our new unit!! 😜 Fernando is very easy-going and nice and polite young man.

Fernando came out to my house and displayed great customer service skills. He educated my wife and I on proper maintenance of my AC unit and furnace. He took time to make sure that we felt comfortable before he left. He also sign my residence up for a twice a year maintenance program. Overall great customer service skills.

“Our technician Fernando was awesome.”

Our technician Fernando was awesome! We've had SEVERAL other companies come out to our home to fix our AC and they have never fully fixed the issue. Fernando found a different issue with our system, versus the other guys, and FIXED the AC. Wish I had of called this company last year!!!! 5 stars in my book!

“Three part review: 1) Fernando is amazing.”

Three part review: 1) Fernando is amazing. Very thorough in finding the issue with our Mitsubishi AC units. He made sure everything was running correctly and waited a little bit extra to make sure it was working 100% correctly. 2) Brian's team is not like other company's that will take your money and run. Every service tech always takes their time and is thorough, calling Brian is they want to check something or need some guidance - which is amazing to admit. I much prefer someone double checking an answer over someone just doing what they feel is correct bc that's how they have always done it. If there is an issue with a service tech, let Brian or Miguel know and they'll fix the issue. 3) We had Brian come out a couple years ago to give us quotes on installing AC throughout the house (prior owners only had window units). He gave us several options, explained benefits of each in great detail, and for a prices that were similar to others but based on conversations I knew I could trust him and his company. No machine is perfect, and when ours took its hits, Brian was always there for his tech guys helping them out when needed. He is super knowledgeable. 4) Miguel is amazing. We've worked with him many times on the project of installing the AC units. He is very professional, very knowledgeable on Mitsubishi units, and always able to find a solution to the little things that come up. Miguel always goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and they they job is done correctly. Long story short, trust these guys. Small things always happen with machines, but these guys work as a team and will find an answer for a reasonable price.

My heater stopped working altogether, and I called BH&AC. They sent a technician to my home the same day just two hours after I called. Manny was friendly and polite, diagnosed the issue and let me know what needed to be replaced and fixed. Within an hour of his arrival, everything was up and running again. Highly recommended.

12/11/23 Once again, Miguel from Brian’s Heating & Air has done an excellent job servicing my HVAC unit. He looked into a couple minor issues I was having, & quickly fixed them. He did the service & then took the time to explain what he did & why I had been having the minor issues I was having, along with providing easy solutions to fix them. I 100% recommend them! Miguel from Brian’s Heating & Air is awesome! I trust him implicitly. He is personable, professional, and responsive. He has repeatedly taken the time to show me how to use my new thermostats & HVAC system. I would & do recommend Brian’s Heating & Air to anyone. They provide great service in every situation, and I feel like they always give me the best option at a fair price.

Rolando G. was great to work with and was very professional when he came into my house. I would highly recommend Brian's as well as Rolando to anyone in the area. Second time calling Brian's Heating & Air Conditioning and yet again a great experience. From the calling center to the actual technicians of Miguel and Manny, everyone was helpful and professional.
