They offer same day service & waive the diagnostic fee if you go with their quote. Tre the master tech offers wonderful service & definitely knows his stuff. The master tech came out & let me know that the reason my furnace was having so many issues after only 2 years of service is because not only it was improperly installed, but it is the wrong type of furnace for the way my house is built. They offered a better solution which included a tankless water heater that was much cheaper than what another contractor quoted to install a new furnace & redo the ductwork.

Timely, accurate, and skilled service. They probably saved my life and corrected a nightmare of a problem. Long story short I had an emergency weekend outage involving my furnace this winter. The support center picked up each time I called and were flexible with my scheduling needs. Their diagnostic cost was also competitive. This was a second opinion on my furnace that wasn't working properly. Robert was the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable. He found carbon monoxide leaking ( the cause of my headaches) although my CO alarm didn't go off. He promptly arranged for a new furnace. I had previous chimney damage that affected my furnace. Robert brought in Brian, a lead tech who was able to help me rectify that situation. My new furnace is fully functional. Would recommend them a 1000%

Called BCHC to come out and fix my furnace after it went out. Fast and great service they were out in matter of 30 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone that I know is having problems with their heating and cooling. Thank you for making this experience a good one. I have had bad experiences with other companies who charged me to just to come out and look and diagnose the problem. Not BCHC! Love these guys
