At 11 at night on a 3° night, I was not doing too great as my furnace stopped working. Kevin took my call and was patient and professional helping me troubleshoot the system. After it was decided a technician needed to come out, Kevin was there within the hour. He was polite, clean, and couldn't have asked for a better technician as he explained everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. 5/5. I hope not to need any more service anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I will be calling.

“Heating and air are one of the very many things I know nothing about.”

Heating and air are one of the very many things I know nothing about. Apparently if your heat is not working and you take the cover off, your heat will not work because there is a switch on some models that someone can activate by hand, but keeps the heat from working when the cover is off. Some sort of safety feature to keep me from melting my hand, I guess. Blower motor is shot and I need a new furnace, but Alex did not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing about the switch that gets pressed in by the cover. I appreciate someone being kind enough not to roll their eyes at my ineptitude. I would recommend Besco and Alex to anyone.

Tony came to the house and performed an inspection and informed me my dampers were closed to some of the floors. He explained that the furnace was fighting itself and it could lead to future damage of the unit. He gave me a damper 101 education and now I further understand how to keep my house warm and cool during the seasons. He was informative and helpful. The service and experience was top notch.

It was a sweltering hot day and the AC quit. I called 3 other places and was told it would be a week! Then I remembered a family member recommending Besco.Eddy came out within a half hour. He was well-informed, professional, and explained the problem and how he’d fix it. I’m a happy camper! Highly recommend!
