I’m so impressed with their being on time setting up the equipment. ARS resolving all issues that came up being relentless. Making sure things are working 100% the cleanup was really good. Couldn’t tell the difference when they left that recent work had been done other than the new equipment. I can’t thank ARS enough for helping me with resolving my situations. My furnace had a bad draft inducer, so instead of sinking money into this repair I chose to replace due to the age of the unit and cost of the repair. I had tech come from the company who had installed furnace. To make a long story short after hearing the cost of replacement for just the furnace, I requested bids from other companies. ARS sales , Damon, on the weekend came shortly thereafter and inspected the furnace, duct work, the 29 year old airconditioner and proposed better equipment for less money and lower % on financing.
The crew came Monday and I have never seen a install team like this one. They were great!! Very professional, covered my flooring, cleaned up everything. Even put new duct work where I never knew there was a problem, replaced copper tubing, gas line, installed new Honerwell thermostat, and fixed the closet door knob to the furnace closet.
I highly recommend ARS!

We initially had issues with our HVAC unit for the AC during the summer. It would start but not completely start up. We went to a big box store and scheduled a service call.
The technician was running slightly behind schedule but it wasn't by that much and it is understandable for these types of service calls.
The technician, Efrian, was completely professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all the questions that we had in terms of how our HVAC system works.
The problem was found and the solution was thoroughly explained to us. There was no upselling of parts or of further work.
We had such a great experience that when it came time to do a tune up for the furnace for winter, we reached out directly to ARS and even requested the same technician.
I was not able to be at home for that appointment but my dad was home and Efrain provided the same great service as before.
You can be sure that we return to ARS for our future HVAC needs and ask for Efrain

I scheduled service and they were able to book same day. Terry came to descale two tankless water heaters. He was professional and explained everything. I went with adding a Flow-Tech home descaler system which will end annual descaling service calls. He checked my two sump pumps that are approaching 9 years of age and determined they both were working well and could wait a while longer before replacing. I felt he was honest throughout the visit. Highly recommended.

I enrolled in a $29 HVAC system tune-up through Home Depot, and Efrain Gonzalez-Abrego from ARS/Rescue Rooter performed a thorough inspection of my system. He patiently walked me through each component, explained its current condition, and clearly outlined the cost of any recommended replacements. He also took the time to explain the different services and service plans offered by ARS/Rescue Rooter.
Efrain did an excellent job with the cleaning, filter installation, and humidifier filter replacement. He also pointed out a couple of items to monitor for long-term system health. I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter—they offer a wide range of services at a fair and reliable price.
