We were so pleased with Greg and Ricky! They showed up right on time, laid out their tasks in a clear order, and got to work right away. They really focused on keeping everything spotless and kept me in the loop with any updates. They installed our new water heater first, and then they tackled the air conditioner, which included a new vent in the family room floor. Everything went off without a hitch, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. After they finished, Greg walked me through the equipment and all the cool features. I’d definitely hire either of them again in a heartbeat!

American Vintage was terrific to deal with from the start to finish. I required a new furnace and they were able to quickly come out provide a very reasonable quote and applied an online coupon. They provided timely updates as to when our Service Tech Cesar would arrive on day of install. He took time to make sure the flooring area was covered as to not damage anything and when the installation was done he took time to walk us through everything and how to keep maintenance of the humidifier as well as furnace filters. Great job!!!

Finding a technician who is both skilled and willing to explain the "how and why" of a complex system like a steam boiler is rare. I cannot recommend Alex highly enough for service. We recently had them out for a repair, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Our technician was incredibly patient and informative he didn't just fix the issue; he took the time to walk me through the system, explaining exactly what went wrong and how to maintain it properly moving forward. He brought along a trainee.The trainee was also very polite, professional, and hardworking. It says a lot about a company’s culture when they prioritize thorough training and maintain such high standards of courtesy.

Our newest tech, Bryan, did a great job this winter for annual service maintenance making sure all of the boxes were checked to ensure equipment longevity.
