We recently switched to All Temp after years with another HVAC company that we felt was starting to slip in service. I’m so glad we made the change — All Temp has been outstanding from day one. They’re prompt, professional, efficient, and unbelievably responsive any time something comes up. Huge shoutout to our last techniction Marvin, who went the extra mile when our furnace died on the coldest day of the year. He put in a ton of effort to get us up and running, and even came back on a Friday night to install a stubborn part because he didn’t want us stuck in a freezing house all weekend. That level of care is rare. All Temp has definitely earned our business going forward. Highly recommend.

I just had the greatest technician, Ashe, here to do an annual furnace check up. He was incredibly polite, put shoe covers on the moment he stepped inside, and kept everything clean where he worked. What was most impressive though was the run through he gave me of all parts he checked/serviced and the status of each. I have never been given this summary before and it was great customer service! He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and very trustworthy. A very pleasant experience overall!

I get intimidated talking about technical issues but these guys are great communicators who taught me a lot about our boiler and how we might zone/add air conditioning in the future. Didn't try to upsell us, pointed out key decisions that would affect our budget now and later, were genuinely interested in helping us make the best decision for our family. They are our HVAC guys going forward!

“My wife and I were out of the house from Sunday afternoon and returned arnd 11:30pm to a cold house.”

My wife and I were out of the house from Sunday afternoon and returned arnd 11:30pm to a cold house. The temp inside the house was at 59 degrees when we walked in. I called Art, field supervisor, at 6:30am the following morning. He promised to send somebody between 8:30 - 1:00pm. At around 10:00am the technician, Brandon, came and was very polite and courteous and professional. As he walked in, he noticed we had a space heater where we were standing and even gave us a tip (for next time) about how we can use the space heater better. He then started to work and methodically diagnosed the problem. Within 30 minutes he identified the problem, gas valve, and had to call his office to find a replacement valve. He left to get the valve and within 45 min , came back and replaced the defective valve. Walla, by noon, our furnace was back operational Brandon, I hope I got the technician name right, was very good. I watched him methdically diagnosed the problem and shared and explained to me in non technical terms. I really appreciate the work and the response ALL TEMP did. Highly recommend.
