Amazing experience with Aircor. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the night on the coldest day of the year and our apartment was getting colder by the minute. Aircor called me back first thing in the morning to schedule a time to come look at it. They arrived at the beginning of their window, were polite, quiet, and quick, and were very forthright about pricing. Our technician, Javier, was great and not only solved the issue but had our furnace working better than before. I could not them recommend enough!

AirCor replaced one of two furnaces, removed two outside air conditioning units and installed a new furnace and two heat pumps. The job spanned 5 days (actual work was 4 days with one day off due to snow). It was amazing to me how efficient they were. They added humidifiers and media air cleaners on both units at no extra charge. I got 4 estimates on this job and not only was this the most thorough, but it was also the 2nd least expensive. They had to cut pieces out of soffits to replace linesets. They patched, painted, and cleaned when they were done and, except for the new hardware, you can't even tell they were here. Incredibly neat work. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I HIGHLY recommend AirCor for all your HVAC needs as I have had several very positive experiences with Aircor recently. First, my aunt needed a new HVAC system in Roscoe Village. Aircor came in with the best quote out of four other HVAC installers. They worked very hard to install it properly and were quick to respond when we asked for some follow-up adjustments. Second, a few weekends ago, my own furnace started to act erratically and stopped blowing hot air. In a panic, I called another HVAC company famous for their $29.97 fall inspections and 24/7 service. Well, there is a reason for that cheap price and quick response as they tend to gouge people after the inspection and pressure-scare you to make a quick decision. The quote they gave me to fix my furnace was over $8,500 (apparently for a new heat exchanger, blower motor, surface ignitor and gas valve). This "all-letter" company wanted over $700 just to replace a $25 firing pin. So, I waited until Monday and called Aircor as they have inspected and fixed my furnace before. Javier was prompt to call and arrive. He diagnosed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Guess what? What needed fixing (and mere cleaning) was a dirty flame sensor for $242. My furnace was running within an hour. Thank you Aircor! As a result, I will always call Aircor for my HVAC needs. They are honest and fair dealing in their business.

Highly Recommend! We purchased an entirely new HVAC system (heating and air conditioning) for our home last Fall. The service was outstanding and the owner personally involved every step of the way. The are also honest and fairly priced. We got multiple estimates and AirCor was the most transparent on costs and the most fairly priced. The owner also has been available post installation to answer our questions. We are extremely satisfied. They are professional, honest and stand behind their work.

They always update on ETA and get right to work when they show up. I own short-term rentals and have had some ac emergencies while guests are staying. Aircor has been prompt and gets the job done! We highly suggest AirCor for any HVAC-related services!! They are super responsive and willing to do the work at a moment's notice with very fair pricing which is a true rarity in the Chicago area. We were in desperate need of both a brand new HVAC and A/C unit which they were quickly able to install in a day. Did I mention our A/C happened to be on our roof 3 stories up with no direct access/ladder? They said 'not a problem' and used their own resources to safely bring down the old unit and install the new one with no issues. Use Aircor if you need the work done right and done quickly. We look forward to using them for all our maintenance needs going forward as well.
