If you are looking for a company to install or refinish your hardwood floor, stop looking right now and call Vasi and his team! I have been wanting to refinish my 25 year old hardwood floor and I saw ADR Flooring's reviews on Yelp. I e-mailed them and Vasi got back to me the next day. I sent him pics of my floor and what I wanted done and he quoted me an amazing price. We agreed upon a day and they showed up right on time. They went to work right away. Other companies will charge you for every detail and I was amazed at what Vasi and his team did for the price. They carefully removed the molding and taped areas that needed taping. The sanding of the floor left minimal dust. I had cracked molding separating the wood from the carpet and he rebuilt the edge and installed a flush oak separator. Without asking, he gave me a new vent cover in the kitchen that was flush to the floor. I asked him how much extra I owed and he said nothing. They stained the floor with the perfect color. He did not use sample boards but stained a section of the floor with a few colors he recommended. The next day he came back and coated the floor with three coats of polyurethane finish. The crew cleaned up everything. My son came to help me move the furniture back and he was amazed at how great the floor looked. I am more than pleased at how the whole project turned out. So happy in fact that I paid him over what he asked. It was that amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. Call Vasi. You will be blown away by his craftmanship.

I would 1000% recommend Vasi at ADR Flooring to anybody, I will be recommending him to everybody I know, and he will be my first call if I need any other floor work done in the future. From the moment I first messaged, he was extremely prompt in responding, provided all the necessary information, and scheduled the follow up. I don't know much about flooring and he very patiently explained the process. The quote was competitive and there was absolutely no nickel and diming or attempted upcharging after the fact. I needed the carpet in two bedrooms replaced with hardwood to match the rest of my home. Vasi kept me completely up to date on the work he did every day and the expected time remaining. He fixed areas of rotten subfloor, caulked and insulated edges, and made sure everything was dry before installing anything new - I wouldn't have even known anything was wrong if he hadn't sent pictures and told me about everything! I returned to my home as they finished installing felt pads under all my furniture legs and moved everything back to exactly where they were. I watched as they cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped to leave my area beautiful. He left me extra pads and recommended a cheap floor cleaner to use. I was quite literally dancing with joy when I saw my new floors, I could not believe my eyes. Other than the new floors obviously looking newer, they match my home EXACTLY. THANK YOU VASI & TEAM!!!

I highly recommend ADR Flooring! Vasi removed the tile in our entryway and replaced it with hardwood, stained the rest of the wood on our first floor, replaced our baseboards, and replaced our powder room tile. He was professional and did amazing work in a timely fashion. He was also exceptionally patient and he went above and beyond with clean up and putting our furniture back in place. I will definitely use his services in the future and highly recommend to others!

We have worked with Vasi twice for refinishing hardwood floors. He is one of those rare people who has an incredible dedication to his projects and workmanship, and goes to great lengths to make sure the project turns out beyond the client's expectation. Our latest project involved removing carpet and refinishing vintage pine floors underneath, which was easier said than done. Not only did they come out amazing, but Vasi did countless little things to make the work flawless, patching defects, filling gaps, and even pulling all the old vintage boards out of the closets to use as closer matches instead of new wood that wouldn't blend in as well. He doesn't nickel-and-dime clients for "extras" but has no-nonsense pricing (that is very reasonable) and goes through a lot of effort to do what it takes to deliver quality. He's an artist, and I find myself searching for more work to do so I can hire him again.

We got estimates from four different floor refinishing companies because we were refinishing the whole house and we wanted the highest quality and the best value. Our daughter and her husband had used ADR Flooring to refinish the floors in their house and their floors turned out beautifully. Our daughter highly recommended Vasi and ADR but we wanted to be objective in our search. Well, ADR had the absolute lowest estimate for our job search as well as the trusted recommendation of our daughter and her husband. At first ADR wasn’t able to finish the floors exactly when we wanted because they’re so busy, but then the schedule opened up and ADR completed the floors when we needed them.
